IOT Vega Notifier application is a tool for sending SMS and voice messages to IOT Vega Pulse users when some event or alarm is appear.
Voice messages are synthesized from the text using the built-in speech synthesizer. SMS and voice message text is setting up for every end device by IOT Vega Pulse. To send SMS, you need to access the SMPP gateway (server), and to send voice messages you need to the SIP account from any IP telephony provider.
Application works in conjunction with the IOT Vega Pulse version no lower than V1.1.4.
