All processes in the technological chain are carried out at our own enterprise located in Novosibirsk, Berdsk and equipped with a high-tech equipment from leading world manufacturers.

History

The history of the company begins in 1996. At the initial stage of development, we formed a production base and accumulated intellectual experience. To date, more than 1,000 different projects have been implemented, more than 1,000,000 devices have been created and manufactured in the direction of the IoT and Vehicle Monitoring.

Production

The quality of manufactured products is achieved through the modern approaches to the production process, which is carried out by highly qualified specialists using high-tech equipment.
In all our products we use high quality components from the world's leading manufacturers.

The production cycle consists of the following processes:

  1. The leading specialists of the company develop the scheme of the future device, then they bred PCB, and high-quality programmers develop the firmware
  2. The technological tooling, molds, dies are produced by our own tool department, where ABS-plastic cases are molded on the latest generation equipment from Sumitomo and JSW (Japan) injection molding machines
  3. For cutting and processing of wires we use the equipment of Kodera (Japan) and Komax Gamma-255 (Switzerland), but crimping of contacts and connectors is carried out on KMI equipment and on the Komax automatic line
  4. Two production lines for assembling components on PCB are equipped with the latest generation equipment from Assembleon, ERSA, MPM, BTU, Nutek, Yamaha
  5. We test the products in a climatic chamber of heat and cold manufactured by ESPEC (Japan) for extreme operating temperatures
  6. Highly qualified specialists make the mounting, assembly, testing and customizing of equipment on production lines
