Veteran of the Great Patriotic War and creator of the complex analysis system evaluated the production of Vega-Absolute

As part of the national project "Labor Productivity", our enterprise was visited by the head of the development of a method for the effective management of high-tech industries, 96-year-old Manuella Arnoldovna Dmitrieva.

“We have one of the most advanced production facilities in Novosibirsk, 60% of the work is automated. We have already developed our own production culture. Of course, at the stage of introducing lean manufacturing, we faced resistance, but we managed to prove the effectiveness of the changes,” says Dmitry Krasnikov, Deputy General Director.

“From the point of view of production efficiency, everything has already been done at Vega-Absolute. One can only envy that employees work in such conditions. I was able to see with my own eyes what work in factories has become after 60 years. Now the question is how to extend this practice to the majority of Russian enterprises so that we become an advanced country in terms of productivity,” said Manuella Arnoldovna.
