On December 15, at 10.00 Moscow time, the online conference "LORA RUSSIA" will be held

At the event, leading market players will present their opinion on the development of the Internet of Things in Russia and share their experience and solutions in the new economic conditions.

There will be the presentations of the leading Russian development companies, telecom operators, as well as industrial enterprises that create solutions using LoRaWAN technology.

LoRaWAN technology is being widely developed in Russia, large-scale projects are being implemented in the field of industrial Internet of things, in the energy sector, housing and communal services, in Smart City programs. GOST LoRaWAN RU is approved, base stations, radio modules, as well as software are registered in the registers of Russian-made equipment and domestic software.

“With the departure of imported products from the market, and these are various sensors, energy metering devices, base stations and much more, almost all sectors of the national economy found themselves in a severe shortage of these products and turned their attention to domestic LoRaWAN manufacturers. Therefore, the need for equipment is very high, respectively, the coverage of the territory with domestic base stations in Russia will only grow," — says Dmitry Krasnikov, Deputy General Director for Quality at Vega-Absolut. — Today LoRa is no longer dependent on external factors, now nothing prevents the development of the network in Russia".

The program of the event consists of two tracks. The first part of the discussion is devoted to the market, technologies, standards and perspectives. In the second session, speakers will share their experience in applying LoRaWAN technologies in housing and communal services, industry and agriculture.

The organizer of the online conference "LORA RUSSIA" is the LoRaWAN working group of the Internet of Things Association, including the companies Vega-Absolut, Lartech, Smartiko, ER-Telecom Holding.
