1 Idea

The source of forming the innovative product is a detail learning the client’s needs, overview the alternative and accompanying technologies, internal and external research, and incessant brainstorm of the R&D department.

2 Project

The studied information on the technical aspects of the product being created and the customer's wishes is a consequence of the technical specifications, which reflects the scientific and technical potential and capabilities of the company.

3 R&D Center. Software.

A team of highly qualified specialists, which not only forms the principles of operation of the device, but also builds the logic of the software part of the product.

To control the quality and reliability of software development, our specialists have developed a methodology for working with the customer, this formed the transparency of the process, depriving it of its shortcomings.

Own staff of programmers and engineers makes it possible to quickly correct software and other product units.

4 Design Department

It is a group of professional highly qualified specialists which will develop technical documentation and optimize drawings to increase the quality characteristics of the product. We will create a device model that fits all quality requirements, has minimal dimensions, consumes a minimum of energy resources and production time.

Main Steps:

  • Choice of element base;
  • Development of an electrical circuit diagram of a product prototype;
  • Development of sketches of the product case;
  • Coordination with the customer of the actual technical characteristics and appearance of the product;
  • Development of a test printed circuit board;
  • Testing the test PCB of the product;
  • Development of the product case;
  • Development of a mold for molding case;
  • Writing a product manufacturing technology;
  • Writing the user manual for the product.

5Manufacturing the case from ABS-plastic

In the manufacture of the mold and the case itself, we draw up an extended technical specification, which describes all the necessary requirements and parameters. Thanks to this method, the finished product fits the customer's expectations and all the necessary requirements.

In our own tool department, we make technological equipment, casings. The workshop has a modern equipment that allows us to manufacture a case for an electronic product of any complexity.

Plastic casings are molded on the latest generation Japanese-made Sumitomo and JSW (Japan) injection molding machines.

We use various plastics in the production of casings:

  • ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene);
  • PC (polycarbonate);
  • PC / ABS (polycarbonate alloy with ABS plastic).

All plastic has high rigidity and shock resistance, even at low temperatures.

The company manufactures case parts:

  • Prototypes of case parts on a 3D printer;
  • Plastic - by molding on the injection molding machines;
  • Folded sheet metal with powder coloration.

6PCB Mounting

In the contract assembly of electronic products, we use two types of PCB mounting:

  • SMD;
  • THT.

Two automated modern technological lines makes SMT mounting of printed circuit boards. Production lines for mounting components on printed circuit boards are equipped with the latest generation equipment from Assembleon, ERSA, MPM, BTU, Nutek, Yamaha. Our equipment allows us to work with various types of printed circuit boards.

Through Hole Technology (THT) is a PCB mounting method in which component leads are inserted into through-holes in the board and soldered to the pads and/or plated inside of the hole. Installation is carried out at an equipped production workplace, by highly qualified specialists.

7 Automatic wire processing

Automatic stripping and processing of wire using a high-precision line is an integral part in the technological chain of producing a quality product.

We use Kodera (Japan), Komax Gamma-255 (Switzerland) equipment for cutting and processing of wires, and KMI (Italy), Komax Gamma-255 (Switzerland) equipment for crimping contacts and connectors.

8 Product testing and control

An important step in the creation of an electronic product is testing and control of the production process, that is exactly determine the quality of the device.

Types of testing and control in our production:

  • Design and creation of a stand for the firmware loading and testing using specially designed equipment (needle adapter) fixed on the assembly table stands.
  • We have developed special software to automation the production process and eliminating human error. At each step of the product assembly, a specialist must read the barcode using a special device to automatically enter all the necessary data of the production step. Confirmation from the program about entering the device into the register is a reason to proceed to the next production step. An additional advantage of this system is flexible adjustment for the necessary work processes since all parts were developed by the specialists of Vega-Absolute.
  • To control the quality of the paste application in precision printers, there are the 2D and 3D color cameras built in.
  • We test the products for extreme operating temperatures in a climatic chamber of heat and cold manufactured by ESPEC (Japan). At every stage, we carefully monitor the quality, for us this is the principle of stable development.

9 Finished product packaging

To attract potential customers and form the image of the finished product, the use of quality packaging is an integral part of the production of devices.

We make sure that the final product looks modern and attractive to the consumer. To transport electronic modules and preserve the characteristics of electronic products, we offer individual manual packaging in bubble bags, antistatic bags, specialized containers with and without lodgments.

10Suppliers

The company "Vega-Absolute" has extensive experience and time-tested foreign partners in the supply of printed circuit boards, components, and materials for serial production, required both for prototypes of products and for serial consignments.
More than twenty years of regular, continuous work with foreign suppliers allows us to guarantee the quality of supplied printed circuit boards, components, and materials, and to set clear terms for the delivery of products.

All components undergo mandatory incoming control, which has the three stages:

  • External inspection of products and the availability of accompanying documents, completeness;
  • Checking the quality characteristics of products;
  • Registration and control of the issuance of components.

The company constantly monitors the state of the component market: changes in price, delivery time, availability in the manufacturer's warehouse, possible analogues for replacement.
This allows us to quickly resolve the issues of completing production in the shortest possible time.

All processes in the technological chain are carried out at our own enterprise located in Russia and equipped with high-tech equipment from leading world manufacturers.
